Modular technology is the future of efficient, ecological, timely construction in its optimal form. The time is on our side – it takes no more than 6 months, from the design stage to the actual implementation of the building. Compared with traditional construction, where 18 months is the minimum, we are light years ahead in design, management, and implementation.

Module-based buildings are perfected in factory environment and they are more sound, weather, and fire proof in comparison to traditional, „slow” buildings. Modules may be situated on embankments, rocky ground, marshy ground, sandy soil and even on the roof of a pre-standing building. They rest on a wall base supported by a concrete pile foundation submerged in the ground. The houses can be moved from one place to another or even disassembled and re-assembled in a different location.

Modules can assume practically any architectural form. They bear resemblance to “giant bricks”, which can be placed one on top of others, and be easily expanded by connecting additional modules.

Advantages of the module technology:

  • Best in class technology, implementation of BIM tech from design through construction stages;
  • Very short completion time of construction, which is the result of transferring some of the technological processes from the construction site to the factory, e.g a complete hotel can be finished within 3-4 months (depending on the design assumptions);

  • Attractive projects with the possibility of customizing the design to the Client’s individual needs;
  • Geographical freedom, the buildings can be delivered practically anywhere;
  • Full fire protection – all components of the building are in compliance with REI 60, fire resistance standards;
  • User-friendly environment of the apartments and buildings thanks to the use of design tech and natural materials;
  • Great thermal insulation of walls and roofs (heat permeability coefficient  U< 0,18 W/m2K) very low heating costs (40-70 kWh/m2/year); - low operating costs;
  • Acoustic insulation of inter-module walls: 63 dB;
  • Assembly regardless of weather conditions.

It takes about 6 months for the building to be put into use ( multi-family residential with 30 flats). No waste is produced on the construction site, all is premanufactured with care and quality in the factory.
